About Us

Helping Hands Tech Services was originally known as "Tech Savvy DOCs" ; in 2015 the owner, Christopher, decided to convert to a 501(c)(3)/501(c)(2) Non-Profit to be able to provide low-income services to the local community.  We are still the same company providing a personable Customer Experience; but now we are able to take advantage of support from the community to provide these services saving the company money, and in turn, saving you money!

​We are based in Roseville; we currently provide only Mobile and Remote Desktop Services due to the Pandemic
​
​​Based on our current licensing, we are only able to assist BUSINESS CUSTOMERS, and not currently able to assist Residential customers; or customers working out of their home due to State Regulations. We are pending the licensing necessary to reinstate these services, but due to the Pandemic, this licensing is being delayed. We apologize for this inconvenience and hope to be able to assist you soon.
