Income Requirements for Services
To qualify you must be at or below the federal low-income or receiving any type of government aid i.e.: Head Start, the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), the National School Lunch Program, the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program, the Children’s Health Insurance Program, Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (Cash-Aid) and Supplemental Security Income. You must fill out an application and submit it to us in person or online.
